The Fairway would be honoured to host any function you may be planning. Whether it is a wedding, a birthday party, a funeral wake or a christening – we can work together to create a personalised setting which suits your event. We have a variety of options as to where your event can take place; we have both indoor and outside space on offer, and even the option of a marquee. We can cater for any event – whether you require a buffet, a hog roast or even a BBQ, we can provide delicious food for your guests. It is important to note, we offer free parking for your guests and disabled access to the venue.
If you are planning a wedding reception or birthday party, we will go the extra mile to make sure your event is one of a kind. We welcome you to provide decorations for the interior as you wish to add your personal touch – we can help with this if required.
We know how to party!
We have a well-stocked bar which is fully licensed until the early hours of the morning, so your celebration can be a night to remember… or forget! We also have a karaoke machine and partnered DJs which we can recommend to you.
The Fairway offers a quiet venue for family and friends to hold a dignified gathering celebrating their loved one. Eastbourne crematorium is less than a 10-minute drive. We appreciate that this is an extremely difficult time for you and your family. We try to make the process of organising this event as smooth for you as possible. We can cater the event, which can be tailored to suit your specific budget. We offer finger buffets or afternoon teas if this suits your requirements.
If you choose The Fairway to not only host your event, but also to provide catering – you may be entitled the venue hire for free! If your event is hosting 50+ people and the catering is paid for on a per head basis, you will receive the venue hire completely free!
contact usThe Fairway offers a private conference room to hold all of your business meetings and seminars. Our conference room can hold 2-12 delegates. Alternatively, we can provide our conservatory which can hold up to 40 people. With an abundance of natural light, the meeting rooms overlook the golf course and make for a peaceful setting to host an important meeting or impress a client. The board room can be hired with or without catering options.
At The Fairway, we have many popular events throughout the year which provide fun for all the family. Our live music nights have become very popular and make a brilliant night out. We host regular quiz nights which have cash prizes up for grabs! The Fairway often hosts charity events where everyone is welcome.
